Whether you need help managing a chronic wound, have suffered from a recent injury, or have a surgical site that needs care, our nursing staff at North Shore Health can help you on your journey of healing.
We will partner with your primary care provider as well as your wound specialist to ensure your wound care needs are taken care of right here in your home community. Our nursing staff is experienced with many forms of wound care treatments and dressings and we are fortunate to also have a Certified Wound and Foot Care Registered Nurse on staff to provide additional expertise.
All referrals need to include detailed wound care instructions. Outpatient wound care orders can be faxed to (218) 387-3270.
